The Milner Library receives over 1.2 million visits each year. In the fall of 2014, City Council approved funding for the revitalization and renewal of the Stanley A. Milner Library. The total budget as of December 2017 was $84.5 million with the expectation that $10 million would come through community support and fundraising.

Milner Library’s physical building reopened for walk-in patrons on Monday, February 1. Building access will be limited to current ISU students, faculty, staff, and retirees at this time. Face coverings and physical distancing are required at all times in all areas of the library. Milner Library Coronavirus Response. Color and 2-sided printing is available at any print station on Floor 2. Mobile Printing. You can use your personal device to print to library printers in a variety of ways. The Stanley A.
